Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial lending, private mortgage banking, and relationship-driven financial services.Webberly joins Citizens State Bank after more than a decade with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, where he served as a Private Wealth Mortgage Banker, a designation held by only a select group of loan officers nationwide. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing concierge-level service, guiding clients through complex mortgage transactions with clarity, precision, and care.“What drew me to Citizens State Bank was the local decision-making and the ability to truly serve the community I live in,” said Webberly. “Community banking means understanding that a home loan is just one part of a client’s broader financial picture. Being able to make a warm handoff to a trusted local banker is part of my responsibility as an advisor.”Webberly’s approach centers on understanding each client’s unique circumstances and ensuring they feel informed and prepared at every stage of the mortgage process. His experience spans traditional residential lending, construction and complex financing, relocation services, and high-net-worth clients across all 50 states. Before entering mortgage banking, Webberly began his career on the Commodity Exchange, where he became one of the top brokers in the trading pits at a young age. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and risk management, insight he continues to bring to large and sophisticated lending transactions today.Deeply connected to the communities he serves, Webberly is actively involved in numerous professional and philanthropic organizations. Sales performance isn’t built in a classroom—it’s sustained through culture, coaching, and accountability. And it isn’t about scripts—it’s about science, psychology, data, and measurable impact. The way we buy has changed, and so must the way we sell. Which means we also need to change how we train our people. That’s where I come in. Through Sandler, I partner with organizations ready to elevate sales from a transactional function to a strategic driver of growth. With over 20 years in sales and 10 years in learning, development, and HR, I bring a human approach—powered by neuroscience, behavior change, and data-driven systems that actually move the needle. This isn’t quick-fix training. It’s transformation. Backed by Sandler’s 50+ years of proven methodology, I design programs that create measurable, sustainable change—turning potential into performance and salespeople into confident, trusted advisors. Me as a trainer? I don’t try to mold people into something they’re not. I don’t brainwash, script, or force-fit personalities. Everyone has a style—and they should keep it. My role is to challenge my clients without stripping away who they are. I give them a solid set of tools, invite them to try things on, and let the results do the talking. And the results? They usually come back saying, “Okay… that actually worked.” All delivered with humor, kindness, and just enough fun to make learning stick. If you’re tired of sales training that sounds great in the room but disappears when performance is on the line, we should talk. I don’t do fluff or one-off motivation—I build sales systems, behaviors, and accountability that leaders can rely on long after the training ends. If this resonates, let’s have a conversation.
