Betty Lee is a dedicated real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. She obtained her North Carolina real estate license in 2013 and quickly became a top producer during her first year at Allen Tate REALTORS® in Winston-Salem. Throughout her career, Betty has successfully sold real estate in the Triad, Triangle, and Wilmington markets. As a full broker, she possesses the qualifications to run her own firm but chooses to focus on her passion—building connections within the real estate community.

Betty played a key role in developing Hampton Roads Real Producers while living at Smith Mountain Lake before returning to North Carolina. When the opportunity arose to launch Real Producers serving Central and Southwest Virginia, she knew it was the perfect fit. She is passionate about supporting real estate professionals and business partners, helping them connect, elevate, and inspire one another.

Having moved back to the area in October 2024, Betty and her family are thrilled to call it home. She loves meeting industry leaders and hearing their stories and looks forward to featuring many of them in Blue Ridge Real Producers.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Betty is a committed Christ follower and enjoys sharing her faith with others. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Robby, who also has his broker's license, for many years. They are proud parents of four grown children and two daughters-in-law, and grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren.
