Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc. was founded in 1999 by the owner of a successful appliance repair company. With 36 years of repair experience, he was determined to put together a plan that would cover items in the home more comprehensively, allow the use of local contractors, and pay contractors more quickly for completed work.
    Home Warranty serves as an additional product source to a wide range of businesses including real estate agencies, utility companies, property management, mortgage lending, home inspection, financial planning, residential construction, and independent insurance agencies.  We are committed to utilizing trusted, local servicers who can ensure a timely response to customer needs. We pride ourselves on our LIVE call answering during core business hours with two call centers in the U.S.  We also provide our customers with active, responsive District Sales Representatives who help agents and companies every step of the way.
