MTG Family Mortgage is led by Michael Gonzales, Certified Mortgage Specialist, and consists of family members that support various functional areas of the business.

Michael, branch manager and senior loan officer, has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has helped 2,000+ families achieve the dream of homeownership.

As a multi-state lender, he continues to expand his reach, helping clients across multiple states find the best mortgage solutions. He was a recipient of Mortgage Professionals of America’s Young Guns Award, National Mortgage Professionals’ 40 to Watch, and is a certified instructor for continuing education courses on various loan products for industry professionals. Michael has also earned President’s Club status every year from 2018 to 2024 as one of the top-producing loan officers nationwide.

Michael earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WSU. He and his wife are avid dog lovers who have rescued all their “fur babies” and currently foster. One hundred percent of his continuing education class proceeds are donated to the Kansas Humane Society.
