The holder of a Louisiana Commercial General Contractor’s License, I’m a self-motivated leader with 20 + years of experience completing ground-up single-family, multi-family and commercial construction projects. I regularly interact with lenders and regulatory agencies and provide all materials required during the pre-construction due diligence period. I'm proficient at directing design teams during all phases of the process; SD, DD and CD. Additionally, I’m highly seasoned at the implementation of construction processes built on comprehensive contract coverage, negotiated pricing, risk mitigation, continual process improvements and timely project close-out. My leadership and communication skills are grounded in my faith and guided by the calling to inspire others to realize their full potential in every area of their life.
