Kari-Jo Koshes is the operations director for DutchCrafters. She oversees sales, product delivery, customer care and service, the LaGrange warehouse, and the Sarasota and Alpharetta showrooms. Kari-Jo started in 2013 as an administrative assistant and has since served as shipping coordinator, Customer Experience Team assistant manager, and Showroom and Fulfillment Team manager and director.

Kari-Jo has a bachelor’s degree in general business with a minor in international business from the University of Central Florida. She has an MBA and DBA from Columbia Southern University. She is a graduate of Leadership Sarasota County and Leadership Florida. She is the board vice president for the Sarasota Chapter of the Interior Design Society and a board member for the Junior League of Sarasota, Literacy Council of Sarasota, and the Economic Impact Committee for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. Kari-Jo was named to 40 Under 40 lists of leaders by both the Business Observer and Furniture Today.
