Our inspectors believe in raising the industry standards to disrupt the status quo. This is done by being part of a bigger team that protects, educates, and is driven to excellence to offer high-quality home inspections.

We also take certification and education very seriously. Our inspectors must first be trained and certified by an accredited national home inspector school. In addition, they must pass the National Home Inspector Examination and complete annual continuing education (primarily through ASHI—American Society of Home Inspectors). None of these are requirements in the state of Colorado; however, they are requirements for Ground Floor Home Inspection.
